Can't access your course?

Check whether any of these apply:

  • Recent registration?
    It can take a full business day for your enrollment to be sent to all UW systems.
  • Registration hold?
    A registration hold prevents your enrollment in an online course.
  • Is your course available?
    Access to your online course begins 7 days before the course start date if not otherwise specified.

Support Hours

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT (Pacific Time) excluding UW holidays. We provide extended support hours at the start of each quarter, with weekday support available until 10:00 p.m. PT during the first 2 weeks and Saturday support hours on both the Saturday before the start of the quarter and the first Saturday of the quarter, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m PT.
