Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT (Pacific Time) excluding UW holidays. We provide extended support hours at the start of each quarter, with weekday support available until 10:00 p.m. PT during the first 2 weeks and Saturday support hours on both the Saturday before the start of the quarter and the first Saturday of the quarter, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m PT.
