Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT (Pacific Time) except for these UW holidays. We extend weekday support hours during the first 2 weeks of each quarter until 10:00 p.m. PT, and offer Saturday support the Saturday before the start of the quarter and the first Saturday of the quarter, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m PT.

    A registration hold prevents your enrollment in the online course.

    Access to your online course begins 7 days before the course start date unless otherwise specified.
